Lestrange Manor (Outside Of London)

Hayleigh wondered what made Leyton want to propose to her now. They had just gotten over all the drama and conflicts they had to deal with the months before and now here he was proposing to her. She wasn't going to question it. It was almost Christmas and she was finally really happy. The first few months were anything but happy so she was going to enjoy the happiness she was feeling now just in case anything went weird.

When Hayleigh was in Leyton's arms, she grinned and returned the kiss. She decided to be a little extra flirty and nip at his bottom lip at the end of the kiss. When she pulled away she smirked at him. "Oops sorry, didn't mean to do that. It was an accident." She sighed happily and kissed him once more gently.

Leyton knew it might have seemed rushed after all he had said that he would wait until they were finished with school. But he couldn't see anything changing his mind about her and after all they had a son on the way. His little speech had left lots to be desired but he was nervous and he only hoped that she hadn't noticed the shake in his hand. Staring down at her he pulled one hand back and ran it over his stomach. He could not wait until their son was born.

Back to the kiss though, as she nipped his lip he grinned and winked at her. "Never apologize." Kissing her slowly but deeply he ran his fingers down her sides a slight sigh escaping his lips as he did. "I am so glad that you came to see me. Best Christmas present ever."

When Hayleigh felt Leyton touch her stomach she pulled back a little bit. She wasn't used to anyone touching her stomach. It was usually just her. When she got home everyone was all over he and touching her so it made her a little uncomfortable. But Leyton was her son's father and fiance so it was ok with her if he did. It was going to take a little getting used to but she knew she would be able to get used to it.

"I'm glad I came here too but I couldn't miss an opportunity to spend some time with you. Just make sure you behave. One time was good enough for me today." She didn't want him to think she was rejecting him but she didn't have as much energy as she used to have. Once again she pulled away a little bit. This time she took his hand and put it on her stomach allowing him to feel their son moving around and possibly kicking.
