Here We Go Again

Alliana didn't bother waiting for her brother as she clambered toward the train, the few bags she'd brought home for the holiday's clutched in her hands. He would probably be going into a separate compartment with Morgaine anyhow. Not that she minded because she liked the girl, but she'd felt as if her and Alex had been drifting apart ever since they'd come to attend Hogwarts. She felt herself shrugging inwardly, watching the way her breath hit the cool atmosphere in a white cloud before she finally reached the entrance to the train.

Hopping on in one fluid motion, she kicked the snow off of her heels before wandering forward, not having any particular preference as to where she sat. Eventually picking one of the empty compartments at random she dropped her bags on the floor and kicked them into the corner without much care, before she took a seat near the window. This reminded her of her first train ride to Hogwarts, and she couldn't help but smile as she remembered. It hadn't been that long ago, but she still felt all the fond memories floating back.

Crossing her legs and angling her gaze out of the window, she leaned her head against it lightly as she let her thoughts drift. Hopefully one of her friends would come to rescue her from the state of boredom. Maybe even someone knew. She would just have to wait and see.

Patrick walked through the train, Two-Bit padding along beside him. Pam had gone her own way, which he did not mind in the least.

Passing by several compartments, Pat stopped when he saw what seemed to be his girlfriend sitting alone. Well that wouldn't do.

Leaning on the frame of the door, he cocked an eyebrow and said, "Hey there beautiful. It's been awhile."

Two-Bit hopped up on an empty seat and meowed.

Alliana hadn't been alone for more then five minutes or so when she heard a familiar voice, quite close by. Blinking, she lifted her head off of the glass, turning it so she could see who it was, although she pretty much already knew. Seeing her boyfriend standing there though, a delighted grin lit up her pretty face.

"Hey there, Bear! I know it has been.." She mused quickly, just about to get up and greet him. But Two-Bit hopped up beside her and she gave a fond smile, reaching out to pet the feline on the top of his soft head. "Hey there bud." She said softly, giving him a few more pets before she stood up, wandering over to where Pat was.

The grin still in place, she wrapped her arms around his neck and placed a lingering kiss on his lips before pulling back, allowing her eyes to meet his. "I missed you, silly." She said in a slightly playful voice, but she was serious. They hadn't been able to see one another much as of late, but she hoped that wouldn't change anything between them.

Watching her face light up as she turned to see him, Patrick grinned. It was great to see that she still loved seeing him. Two-Bit got his attention of course, but the best part was when Alli wrapped her arms around Pat's neck and kissed him.

"I missed you too," he said, a small smile still gracing his lips. "We need to see each other more often." He sat down on a seat not occupied by Two-Bit and pulled her gently onto his lap.
