| It was Alex's first day back, and where was he going? The Library? So maybe sometimes he fit into the stereotypes that were branded to those particular students in the Ravenclaw house, but it didn't bother him. Never had and never would. He'd left his sister back when they'd gotten off the train, but she'd let him go without a protest. All summer he'd been distant and moody from her, and he was aware of the dent it had put in their inseperable relationship. He just couldn't bring himself to fix it, not yet.. and besides, the library was quiet, peaceful, and just the place he needed to be. A book could always work to cure his wandering thoughts.
Trudging down the familiar hallways of Hogwarts, he couldn't say he was happy to be back but he wasn't upset about it either. He did enjoy school and his classes, and he planned on socializing a lot more since it was his last year. That time would come though. Pushing open the door to the library he couldn't help but grin as his eyes swept along the many bookcases just waiting for him to come and explore.
Stepping forward he headed toward the first bookcase, letting himself get lost in his thoughts. He knew he wouldn't be with them for very long once he chose a book, and maybe he'd even bump into someone in here. He'd just have to wait and see.

| Molly Rosier ventured into the library having little else to do, it was the start of the new year and like every year it felt good to be back and ecited to start learning new things again. Of course after the first month this feeling will wear off and she will be avoiding homework and studying like the plague. But for now it almost seemed fun..
She spoted a older boy seeming to be lost in thought and looking through books, not wanting to disturb him she crept as silently as she could through the rows of book cases and started looking through the book titles.
Although being her socable self she couldn't resist sending glances at the older boy across from her.

| Alex continued to run his fingers over the spines of each book his hands passed over, and at times he'd remove one of the books to scan the cover. If the book really captured his interest he'd flip through a few pages, but he ended up sliding each and every single book back into it's spot. This process continued for a good fifteen minutes, him always being picky with the books he read. Not to mention he'd already read a good handful of them.
Eventually he pulled himself out of his thoughts a bit, because he had a feeling that he were being watched. Well, not watched exactly, but someone's gaze was definitely on him every now and then.. he glanced up from the books and looked around the library, not having heard anyone else enter. Which wasn't really a surprise considering how lost in thought he'd been, but that was besides the point.
After a moment his green eyes landed on a younger looking blonde, who he caught glancing at him not only a moment later. She seemed like she wanted to talk, and he'd never seen her before... making his way down the row of books to where she was, he stopped on the side of her. Being 6'2" he towered over her, but he was used to towering over most people. "Hey." He said in a cautiously friendly tone, offering her a small smile.

| Molly had the decency to blush slightly when he caught her looking at him, hoping he didn't find her annoying she retured a sunny smile.
"Hi, Molly Rosier" she introduced herself. "I hope I wasn't intruding.. I been told I never think someone may not feel like talking, and I tend to talk to much" she said rambling slightly.
"So whats your name? Don't think we have properly met before" she asked still as curious as ever. She had seen him in the Hall some times though she wasn't surprised if he hadn't seen her, she was rather short compared to him.. and a few year older then her as well. She mused older students didn't talk much with younger students.. which was a shame really, inher opinion anyway.

| Alex noticed the blush on the girl's cheeks but was too much of a gentleman to point it out. Besides the fact that he'd never do that. He immediately noticed how bright her smile was and ended up smiling just a bit more in her direction. A moment later and she was introducing herself. He didn't have any time to say much of anything before she was talking again but he didn't mind, his sea green eyes resting easily on her face as he listened to what she had to say.
He gave a wave of his hand in the air. "Nah, you weren't intruding. Don't worry about it." He assured the younger girl before answering her question. "Alexander Stone, nice to meet you Molly." He said sincerely, the slight smile still in place. "You can call me Alex if you want. I'm a Seventh year Ravenclaw." He offered. He felt as if he'd seen her face a few times before, but he was positive he'd never met her before now.
"How about you?" | |

| Molly smiled a little be more when he assured her she wasn't intruding, which was a relief. Last thing she wanted was to annoy one of the senior students in the school. And he was rather nice looking to...
"Nice to meet you to Alex, I am a third year Gryffindor mostly everyone calls me Molly though some have been known to shorten it to Moll. Don't mind it though" she stated matter of factly.
" I am Still excited to be back to Hogwarts at the moment, so homework and study don't seem so bad now. Kinda wish this feeling lasted all year, then homework would be much easier" She laughed sheepishly.
"Just got done with potions this morning, what of you any classes yet?" she asked curiously.

| Alex could tell that once he'd reassured the girl that she wasn't intruding, that she seemed to be a lot more relaxed. It was actually rather hard to annoy him, especially because he was a generally friendly person and gave everyone a chance. He didn't have patience all of the time, but it did take a lot to actually push him over the edge of annoyance. The girl wanting to talk would never cause him to be irritated, even if she seemed like she was a talker. Nothing wrong with being able to hold a conversation.
Hearing that she was a third year he realized just how much older he was, but he didn't mind. He'd never really talked much with the younger students but it wasn't because he thought he was better then them or something. He'd just never gotten much of a chance to. "My twin sister's in Gryffindor." He said with a small smile.
He nodded when she spoke of classes, smiling. He hadn't gotten that way over homework in a while, but he could understand why she was that way. Being in Ravenclaw he knew he was basically expected to enjoy doing work, and while he did, it was a bit monotonous at times. At the mention of classes, I looked thoughtful. "Potions, Charms, and Defense Against the Dark Arts.. those are the ones I'm taking. I still have to go to DADA though."

| Molly blinked a second at hearing he had a twin sister.
"You have a twin sister? Thats so cool! wish I had a twin sister or brother.. or well any sibling for that matter, I am a only child, but I have a cousin, Kaylee, She is also in Gryffindor, Seventh year to." she said smiling as she talked about her cousin. She used to hangout with her a lot, but often got the feeling she was just being a tag along little cousin when Kaylee hung around others of her own year sometimes ignored her. "Whats your Sisters name?" she asked.
"Nice, I was thinking of becoming a healer when I graduate so I was told by my mother to take: Charms, Potions, Herbology and Transfigurations. But Defence Aganist The Dark Arts sound interesting to so I also signed up for that as well. Not sure I will like this later on I tend to procrastinate on homework, but with the presure of needing to get it done, I can usually do it in record time" she said with laugh.
