Spell creation lab.

As Kronos walked into his new place of work, he had hoped to do a many benifitial deed here. The system, he noticed, had a lack of creating actual spells, instead they simply declared already made spells, leagal or illeagal. So of course they gave him the job when the ministry found out someone wanted to actually create spells for them. As he walked around, he noticed that no one else was in this giant lab.

Eager tobegin his work, he pulled a small black book from his pocket and placed it on the table. Everything, all his notes and discoveries were all inside this book, all his objectives and all his... otherwise not approved abitities, were all in here.

Logan had been slacking off on welcoming any of the new employees to the Ministry, so when she heard that there was a new man in the Department of Mysteries she decided it was time for her to get back in the zone and meet him. Leaving for Honeydukes during her break, she picked up the customary gift bag she had for all new employees and set out for his office upon her return.

She walked the long walk from Level One to Level Three and scanned all of the doors for his name. It was Kronos something-or-other, at least that was what she had heard. A pretty strange name, but she had come into contact with many strange names as Head of her department. Finding a door that seemed to be his, she knocked on it and waited for an answer.

Just as Kronos set his book on his desk, he heard a knock at his door. Fairly strange, he wasn't expecting anybody and he hadn't been in town long enough to have any friends. He left his book on his desk and walked over to the entrance door of the room. Apon opening it, he saw a very beautiful woman standing there, in his doorway with a bag of some form and a smile on her face.

"Well hello, I'm Kronos Holmes, and you are?" Kronos said taking one of the womans hands and kissing it gently and doing a flattering bow.

Logan waited and instead of someone calling for her to come in, she was greeted by a very handsome man opening the door. Why was it that most of the workers at the Ministry had to be good looking? It would make any sensible woman go bloke crazy. Thank Merlin she was not a sensible woman then. When he took her hand, blush streamed onto her cheeks and she looked past his bowed form as to not meet his eyes.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Kronos. I'm Logan McCay, Co-Head of the Auror Department." she introduced herself with a smile. "I brought you some chocolate to welcome you to the Ministry. Are you liking your job so far?"

"Oh, you're an... an Auror... very cool. Thank you you very much for seeing fit to come and see me." Atlas said with a grin. "Well, so far the job is great, I mean I havn't been here long enough to actually do much, but I love spell creating and you know what they say: "If you're good at something never do it for free". So that's what I'm doing."

Atlas says inviting the Auror into the room. He had had some bad past experiences with Aurors, but that's what he gets for working at the Ministry. And besides, she was very beautiful, reguardless of her occupation.

"I guess being an Auror is cool enough. Some of the people I work with are a bit frustrating, but don't tell them I said that. It's my pleasure; I usually come and visit the new employees anyway." she said with a grin. "It's great that you enjoy your job. A lot of people do jobs they don't like and it makes them miserable. Miserable people don't do jobs well after all."

She was invited into the room and looked around it curiously. Never before had she met a spell creator and it certainly was a new experience. She had heard they were a reclusive and snappy bunch, always in their notes, but Kronos didn't seem that way. From what she saw so far, he seemed extremely nice which was always a good trait to have.

"Well, spell creation is my passion, so it's very cool that I'm getting paid to do something I love. Well, I suppose the same thing can be true for you. If you love hunting dark wizards, why not get paid for it."

Atlas said with a seemingly cheerful attitude.

Sawyer knocked on the door of the new worker's office. He had just gotton back from working in Hogsmeade and wanted to greet everyone before settling down to do what was going to be a lot of paperwork.

" Hello, I'm your head of department Sawyer Knight, just wanted to check in and see how things were going." He said to the man inside, nodding at Logan who if her remember correctly was Head Auror.

"Oh, hello Sawyer. I'm Kronos Holmes, I've been highered as exclusive spell creator for the ministry. Things are going quit well, thanks."

Kronos said to the head of mystries.

Sawyer nodded, " Well good to meet you Kronos," Sawyer shook the other man's hand and then stepped back. Spell Creators could really do whatever they wanted, unless Sawyer had a special assignment for them, so Sawyer didn't really know what to do next. He thought about the shitload of paperwork he should get to...

" Well I'll be checking in from time to time, and I'm sure I'll have an assignment for you soon but for now just get comfortable in the new office." Sawyer ran his hand threw his hair, wondering if now would be time for an exit.

"Oh, wonderful... to be quit honest I was a little curious if there was any specific parameters I should stick to. And as I am an expert spell creator, I do realize this is your department so what ever you need done, in the job or not, I'll be happy to try and accommodate your needs."

Kronos said with a smile, wondering if Sawyer would leave, or if he had anything else for Kronos. The head of mytseries did seem like a cool guy at least if not a great boss. But that's only based of what he knew so far... which wasn't a whole lot, about Sawyer.

Sawyer grinned, this is what he loved best about the department of mysteries, " Well the great thing here is that you can do about anything. We are exploring the extent of magic. The one rule is..." He smirked, " Don't blow the world up."

He then took this as he cue to leave all dramatic and head of the department of mysteries like.

Kronos laughed slightly at Sawyers comment about not blowing the world up and watched as the department head left.
