| Kronos walked into the lab, patiently awaiting any who want to learn to create spells, afterall, he was the world claimed "Greatest Spell Creator" in history. So if people wanted to learn from him, why not. |

| Gwen had searched for Kronos ever since Atlas had told her to learn from him. A few months later she was finally where she wanted to be. In front of his office. Still not knocking. Not yet. She gathered herself and put on her poker face gaurding her self for the following conversation. Wand in her pocket she pulled her suit-like-outfit straight and took a deep breath. Here goes nothing. She knocked. "Mr.Holmes? May i come in?" She asked. | |

| Kronos heard a knock on his door. "Hmmn? I wasn't expecting anyone I don't think." Kronos said to himself as he walked from his desk over to the door and opened it to find... a student?
"Um... hello, I'm Kronos Holmes, the head spell creator. And um... you are?"
Kronos said in a polite but curious way. |

| "Gwen DeArbour. Sixth year Slytherin. Your brother Atlas used to teach me." she said holding out her hand to shake. "I told him I was interested in inventing poiso-potions and would like to explore another area so he reccommended I come to you." She said politely cursing her slip up. | |

| "HE... um... he did, did he?" Kronos said surprised. "I havn't spoken with my brother in years... I wasn't even sure if he knew of my presents here... Well, I'll have to speak with him later. Anyway, Atlas was right to refer you to me, or anyone who wanted to learn about spell creating for that matter. Um... I do a bit about poisons, although I'm not quite as good in that area as I am in the invention of spells. However, I'll bet I could find a few dozen or so, that I've made over the years."
Kronos said, as he walked back to his desk, grabbing a small black book and walked back over to Gwen.
"Hmn... let me see..." Kronos said with a grin as he flipped through the pages of the book, but with each turn of a page... the book grew, each page-turn it grew about 2 times the size it previously was. "Hmn... now don't worry, I've placed numerous enchantments on this book, in addition to growing with turns of pages, no one can read it but me."
Now the book was about two and a half feet across and about three and a half feet vertical, as well as about five feet thick... yeah... it's a big book. Along with its size, nothing was apperantly writen in the page, open exept for an upside down 'Y' in the iddle of the page. Althoug Kronos' eyes followed across the page as if there was clearly writing.
"Ah yes, here we go. I've got afew of my simpler methods for creating poisons, but um... I must know a few things first. Like: What is your skill level when it comes to magic in general? What types of magic do you most exel in?" |

| Gwen´s eyes widened at the book. It reminded her of the book she had for her poisons and potions. Except hers stayed the same size and anyone could read it. She questioned the mans sanity mentally before shrugging it off. "Well I´m trained in offensive spells and even though I´m not dark...I tend to excel more in dark or grey magic. My magic level is about sixth or begin seventh year Hogwarts and I suck at transfiguration normally so my strong points are hexes and charms." She explained her hand reaching absentmindedly to her pocket where the book was hidden. | |

| "Hmn..." Kronos said for a period of time, looking as though he was deceiding something improtant or of concequence. "Well... I've trained people to become masters who startede off with less than that." Kronos said as a grin appeared on his face.
Kronos waved his wand at the book, muttering "Sinis hoc legere". Words on the page formed so Gwen could read it know.
"Alright, I know this seems like a long process, but I really must be sure you CAN learn before we begin. That's not to put you down, but some people just don't have the capability to learn this, that said, some people are rather apt to it."
Kronos flipped the book round so it was facing Gwen, looking as though he was going to show her something specific... but instead slammed the book shut.
"Quit sorry about that, I need you to show me the most you know about invention, be it spells or potions." |

| Gwen nodded listening to every word, then she tilted her head in thought. "Show? Do you mean you want me to invent something or show you what I´ve invented?" She asked not understanding his wording clearly. Her other hand clenched the small vial containing her most dangerous invention. At the first sight it seemed like Veritasserum. Clear, oderless and it didn´t hiss or fizzle when added to drink. But it was absolutely deadly as soon as one so much as touched it. Which was why she always had it with her and only under heavy duty protection. Wordlessly she took out her journal but still held it close before deciding to show it to him as an example of her work. The first page was wayyyyy back from 2010 from her great gran who had started the journal. The last pages were filled with her and Chloes neat writing. All of the pages were filled with notes, various ideas, ingredients lists whatever one needed to make the potion/poison and instructions. It was enchanted so she could never lose it and it couldn´t be stolen or duplicated unless she gave permission to make a copy. or made the copy herself.
She awaited his comment on her question. She had been working on a new formula for a while now and was quite sure she could make it if she had too. | |

| "Well, this has some nice things in it." Kronos said as he flipped through the journal. "I recognize a few of these, I've actually used on or two." Kronos commented as he approached the back of the book. "Hmm... I see you're not in-experienced, how about your most recent work, if you've been doing anything." |

| Gwen nodded. "Well. I´m still working on my latest creation." She explained pulling out the small vial and holding it up. "This is SD, standes for SuddenDeath. I´m not very good at naming my potions..anyway, SD is a virtually untracable poison, effective as soon as one touches it. Unfortunately it still has one little kink. If one were to check the eyes of the victim after death one would see that the eyes had lost all color. Other than that it´s colorless, oderless. Though I guess we´ll never know if it´s tastless. And don´t worry. i tested it on a few Flobberworms. No people." She assured. "Would you like to see it in action? Or do you want me to make it?" she asked thoughtfully. | |

| "Hmn... very nice, I've seen a few oter attempts at making this sort of thing, I actually created something just like it exept my version can be customized and I finally got it to become entirely untracable. Actually, I'd like to see you make some if you would."
Kronos said with a smile. "I'll be noting your steps and porcess." |

| Gwen nodded again and flipped open the page in her journal with her notes on it, "Okay, i need Aconite, Acromantula venom, Belladonna, Bubotuber pus, Scarab beetle, Re'em blood, Rose thorn, Nux Myristica, Runespoor egg, Salamander blood and Unicorn blood." she muttered gathering the ingredients. Then she tied her hair back and took off her blazer polling up the sleeves of her blouse. before readying a cauldren and all other utensils she might need. Then she got out her dicta quill and set it at her journal. She had been working on the formula and was pretty sure that the unicorn blood would fix the problem. The quill wrote quickly as she dictated her steps concentrating soley on her potion. First she crushed the scarab beetle and mixed it with the Runespoor egg, the aconite and the pus before setting that bowl aside and mixing the Salamander blood, Re'em blood, rose thorn, Venom and bella donna. Then she added them both together in the cauldren and slowly added the Nux Mysteria with a counter clockwiseturn every five minutes. The potion turned clear and hissed. Then she added the Unicorn blood and it bubbled for a moment before settling. She filled some in a vial and picked up a test flobberworm. She let a single drop fall onto it and it died immedietly. she checked the eyes and...they had only faded a little bit. Not perfect but almost. She looked at him awaiting his verdict. | |

| "Hmn... very nice indeed, I can tell you've had some experience with this sort of thing." Kronos said assuringly. "I will teach you to create spells." He said firmly.
"Now, Creating spells is very different from creating potions: there aren't many physical materials to work with for instance, most of the work is in notes and experimentation; it is for this reason that alot of witches and wizards can't learn to create spells. Now, I'd like to show you something that I've been working on for a few days now." Kronos flipped to a page in his book this page had loads of scribling on it as well as did several pages before it. "This particular spell will be able to freeze the inside of in-animate objects. There is only one problem... I'm not sure how it could work on something that is hollow on the inside.. Would ou mind taking a guess at it?" |

| Gwen nodded and smiled before waving her wand to clean up and bottling the rest of the potion and shrinking it to fit in her pocket. Then he asked for her guess and she nodded, "I don´t mind at all. Hmm..." She said closing her eyes to think better. Hmm...freezes the inside of an inanimate object.... "Well..assuming you mean freeze like 'ice' then maybe it would fill the object with ice perhaps causing it to break under the pressure?" She ventured. She wasn´t sure but it made sense to her. | |
