André and Adriana's Apartment

He entered, glancing around the room and smiling. He had everything ready - the decorations up, the ring in his pocket - all that was missing was the woman.

André Martinez walked towards the front door of his apartment, opening up the door to a blindfolded beautiful woman. "Suppose you can come in now," he said to her, leading her inside.

Taking off her blindfold, he made sure that the first thing she saw was this -

And the next minute, he was on his knees, the ring in his hand, watching her silently.

Adriana was briefly blindfolded and then once André dropped to the floor on his knees and she began to break out in tears "André.... this can't be happening". She began to softly weep "I have never been this happy"! She cautiously looked at André and smiled as she wiped away the tears. "André you don't even have to ask me, you know the answer all ready, yes I do. I love you more than anything".

"Are you sure you want to take this step with me?" he asked warily. He wanted to marry her, yes, but he did not want to force her into a relationship just because she was carrying his child. He was still seated on the floor, with his knees on the floor, but hearing her say she loved him, made him stand up, and kiss on her full on the lips.

Pulling back for air a few moments later, he slipped the ring onto her finger, making their relationship official.

Adriana smiled "I love you so much I can't wait for this, everything is just so perfect"! Adriana lightly kissed Andre's lips and smiled "André Martinez, I love you and I want to be your wife and to have you child, you are just so perfect". Adriana kissed André and then pulled back and grabbed her head "Oh I should sit down, I am feeling dizzy". Adriana walked over and sat on the edge of the bed and smiled "Sorry to ruin a perfect moment, just feeling a tad dizzy".

As soon as her hands went to her head, he knew something was wrong, and watched her walk towards the bed. "Do you need anything? The doctor? Water? Food?" André asked worried, heading to seat himself beside her.

"It's alright, love," he started, "Moments come and go, but we need a healthy you for them". He tried to smile, but what had just happened had still not left him, it was replying over and over again in his head.

Adriana smiled "No love, just dizziness it will come and go, nothing to worry about". Adriana laid back on the bed and she held out her arms "Cuddle, love"? Adriana felt that André could fix anything just being in his arms made all the problems go away. Adriana closed her eyes and smiled once she felt André climb into her arms.

He smiled, laying down beside her, and pulling her close to him. Kissing her forehead, he said, "I love you".

André knew that he had made the right choice, he wanted to spend his life with her, and he had realised that the first time he had met her. And here she was, in his arms, engaged to him, and carrying his child.

Closing his eyes, he whispered, "You should take some rest".

Adriana nodded her head "I know I should but i just don't want to leave your side". Adriana smiled once he kissed her forehead, she took deep inhales of breaths and once she was calmed down she looked up at André but I guess both of us can't lay in bed all day". Adriana smiled up at him "Even though if you could lay with me until I fall asleep"?

André nodded, "Of course".

Once that Adriana was asleep, he smiled looking down at her figure - his new fiancé. Making sure that she was in a deep sleep, he slowly rose from the bed, apparating straight to work.

Adriana moaned as André left the bed, she replaced him with the comforter and she cuddled with it instead. She dreamed of how the wedding would be and of course the baby, everything was perfect and she hoped it would be like her dream but if not exactly like it she would have André by her side the entire time.

Once she woke up she looked up at the clock with a yawn, it was almost time for André to get home.

He was exhausted by the time he had to head for home, and only had the strength to do the apparation, and then fall onto the bed, beside a yawning Adriana. André pushed away some hair from her face, and lightly kissed her, "Hello love, how are you?" he managed.

His eyes were closing, but he needed to put her first.

Adriana laid slightly on top of André and smiled "Much better thank you". She kissed him back and fluffed a pillow and slid it under his head. She then in turn took off his shoes and took off his jeans "Busy day today love, do you want anything to eat"? Adriana kissed André once again and waited to see if he was hungry.

André shook his head, "All I want is sleep, and you beside me," he said, pulling her to him again. He wouldn't have usually let her take his shoes off, but today he had no strength to do anything, let alone say anything.

Adriana smiled as she was pulled against him "Don't worry we can talk tomorrow morning". Adriana cuddled next to André "I love you babe". Adriana reached up and turned out the light, in the dark she cuddled next to him and kissed his neck. She then ran her fingers threw his hair until he was asleep.

He chuckled, as he he fell asleep beside her, losing himself to darkness, and into a world unknown to anyone but him. And in it, he could see himself, with a smiling Adriana, and he knew that he wanted to give her everything he could.

André hardened his grip around the woman, snuggling into her and the pillow beneath his head.

Adriana kissed his forehead with a smile and once she was pulled into her fiance she gently closed her eyes and then once she was asleep she cuddled up next to André as much as possible.

The next morning Adriana ran to the restroom, morning sickness, oh joy. She held her hair back and once she was done she leaned against the toliet. She then looked in the mirror and started to brush her teeth.

Amora finally had her chance to visit André, she heard rumours that he was engaged and on his way to becoming a father...how fun this was going to be. Smiling brightly as she reached André's apartment she knocked and waited for a reply.

At the knock, André opened his eyes, and saw that Adriana was wrapped in his arms. Looking over at the clock, he saw that it was seven o'clock. Who was so desperate to see him this early in the morning?

Slowly, he got off the bed, and headed for the front door. Yawning, he turned the knob, and was shocked to see the person on the either side.

"Amora?!"

Amora grinned at the wizards reaction before taking in his scruffy appearance "Just wake up?" She asked not bothering to hear the reply as she walked inside the apartment uninvited and seated herself on the couch before looking at the male once more "So Darl, long time no see, one would think you were avoiding little ol' me" she said a mock hurt expression on her features.

He chuckled as she entered the apartment, he just hoped she didn't wake up Adriana who he had heard vomiting early that morning and then chosen to sleep beside him. "Seems like you were the one avoiding me," he said.

Glancing at her, he smirked, "Did you get a botex or plastic surgery? You look different from the last time I saw you".

Amora looked at the male innocently "Now André, dearest, why on earth would I ever avoid you?" She said sounding a little hurt but was smiling inside. The witch rolled her eyes at André's next comment "Now Darl, I know it's hard for you to understand since you're not as smart as the rest of us, but people do age." She said slowly as if talking to a child "And I can't help the fact that I look this good even when age comes into the equation."

Adriana yawned as she awoke, seeing another woman in the house she pulled the covers to her "Who are you and why are you here at seven in the morning"? Adriana laid her feet on the side of the bed and slipped on her robe, she must have got up to quickly and all she was able to get out was "Excuse me"! She then ran to the bathroom and squatted in front of the toilet, once she was done, she flushed the toilet and washed her face and hands. She walked out of bathroom and sat on the bed and faced the two "So you still haven't gave me a good enough reason to wake me and my fiancé up at seven in the morning"?! Adriana glared at the woman, she was never a morning person and especially since the morning sickness began she really wasn't a morning person. She looked at André "Or perhaps you can explain this" Adriana smirked "Or like a normal person you can come back, when you are invited, which will be by a phone call and once André tells me who you are, and it will also be in when we aren't sleeping". Adriana took a deep breath and looked at André, she was biting her tongue but she just couldn't today, what came to her mind left her mouth.

Amora heard shifting of blankets and turned to the source of the noise 'Looks like the soon-to-be-Mrs is up, how fun' she thought putting a smile on her features as the other woman shot questions at her. She was about to reply when Adriana suddenly excused herself and ran into the bathroom, Amora heard the distinct sounds of someone retching from within and pursed her lips to try to keep from smiling "Looks like someone's having a bad morning," she said to André.

When Adriana came back into the room and started shooting her questions once more, Amora simply cocked her head to the side and continued watching the woman until she finished her little rant. She watched André out of the corner of her eye and smiled brightly

"Your fiancé will make one hell of a host don't you think, André? I mean, shouting at guests as soon as she meets them, not having the courtesy to speak to them like they weren't commiting a murder or offer them any food or drink, talking in an accusatory tone to her fiancé in front of said guest and finally jumping to conclusions as soon as she sees something." Amora said to André brightly before continuing with a little laugh "You really know how to pick them don't you?"

"I am sorry but I was woke up and mornings are never great for me, if you were pregnant you would understand it". Adriana took a deep breath and then noticed the flashing smiles between Amora and André. "I am sorry that I jumped to conclusions, I am just on my defensives right now. I hope you can understand". Adriana kissed André on the cheek "Well I am going to work and talk to the Minister about a work leave maybe, if the morning sickness doesn't get better I might need to make an appointment with a doctor". Adriana looked back at Amora "I am sorry and I can see you are an old friend, and you two look like you need some catching up to do". Adriana smiled at the two and walked out the door and apparated to her office. She felt and hoped that she had nothing to worry about, but did she?
