| Leighton walked into the familiar class once more. She enjoyed teaching it, even if it had not been the most popular subject. Though it did not bother her. Placin the roster on her desk, she grinned. At least she had gained a few new students. Good thing she was starting with a new topic of Divination. Crystal ball reading. Probably not the most exciting, as some others ones she knew weren't either, but it was better to get a feel for this way of reading if any of the students planned on pursuing it as a career. Sitting atop her desk, she smirked and casually looked over the room before her eyes fell upon the incense burning. Always good to have a calm and relaxed atmosphere before attempting to do a reading for someone in any form of divination.

Annalina De Luca
Blaine Summers Exie Gamma [absent] Hayleigh Evans [absent]
Isabella Taylor Jordan Knight [Late] Kamryn Saunders [absent]
Rhiannon Dashae Serena Miller [absent]
Trista Black
Pulling her wand out of her boot, she whipped it around and called Incendio out, the candles in the room lighting as she stuffed it back into her boot. Sitting Indian style on top of her desk, for the first time ever wearing pants to her class, she waited for the students to walk in. Some new introductions were in order. she knew. Might as well get them out of the way before she went right into her lesson.
((OOC: You may now post your arrival. Make sure you are on time and have your materials, also you have till Friday before you are late. Feel free to chat.))

| Blaine say down in his new class, the first one for him this year. He got out his things and sighed. He knew he shouldn't have listened to Sera but she was fascinated by divination and so he had signed up for it. Hmm, good choice or bad? He'd find out shortly. | |

| Annalina strode into the classroom in her new Gryffindor uniform. She wore black ankle-boots, though, because there was no restriction on shoes. She sat down on one of the confortable bean bag/couches It seemes only one other person was there, an older Hufflepuff boy. She leaned back into the beanie. This was going to take a while... |

| Isabella walked in, gladly noting she wasn't late. In fact, there were only two other students in the room. She greeted the teacher, sat down on a comfortable chair in the middle-ish. She didn't want to seem more like a nerd than she already was. Being a Ravenclaw, you WERE always stereotyped to be that way. It seemed no other students had come in yet. She saw another girl, in Gryffindor, leaning back into her couch. Well, it seemed like a good idea. Isabella did the same. | |

| Rhiannon dahsed to Divination. Not that she was late really, but just simply running cause she enjoyed the class. Beyond that, her cousin was the one teaching it. Sure she had been informed of the ways of divination, but it was more awesome that she was going to be taught by Leighton. Tripping into the class, she grinned sheepishly as she looked at the few students in there. "Hey Professor Vega!" she beamed.
Casually standing up once more, she pulled up her jeans and her shirt that was covered by her house robe, she took a seat next to Blaine, the only person she knew so far in her class. Placing her bag with her necessary items, she kissed his cheek and crossed her leg, waiting for the lesson to start.

| Alliana shifted her backpack on her shoulder a bit as she made her way to the Divination classroom. From what she could remember, Professor Vega was nice, and she did rather enjoy the class, even if not many people had shown up. Perhaps there would be some new additions this time around, and she was interested to see. Not that she talked to anyone in her Divination class, but she was aware that she was very able to change that.
Slipping inside she glanced around before taking a random seat with a quick upturn of her lips toward Professor Vega. She didn't recognize any of the other students, but that didn't exactly bother her. Checking to make sure she had her parchment, quill, and wand with her, she settled back and waited for the lesson to begin.

| Leighton grinned as she watched a few students walk in. All but one were new to the class, but of course, she knew Rhiannon. As she watched her cousin get all close with the only boy in the class sof far, she greeted the other girls who had entered. "Morning students. I hope you all had a wonderful break?" she questioned, allowing them to chit chat cause it didn't bother her. | |

| Tucking a strand of wavy hair behind her ear, Trista hesitantly walked into her Divination class, a bit wary to be starting off without knowing anyone. She wasn't a stranger to it, nor did it really bother her if she was being honest, but it was still nice to know people. She hadn't been able to really get that far yet though, and the three people she did know didn't appear to be in this class.
She shrugged a bit as she took a seat at random, next to a dark haired girl who appeared to be a bit older then her. For some reason she looked familiar.. shaking her head she turned her attention to the Professor, and she figured that since she was new, she might as well introduce herself. "Hello, Professor. Trista Black, fourth year Gryffindor." She said in her friendly way, before situating herself back in her seat.
She placed her bag of supplies on the desk in front of her, happily waiting to start class.

| Rhiannon shrugged and smiled to her cousin. "I did," she winked to her. She had not actually thought she would have that much of a good break. Moving here again after being... well suggetively removed from the school on not so great terms, she was surprised she had actually had fun. Of course she had Blaine to thank for that too. | |

| Leighton smiled and watched as another student walked in. "Morning Trista," she greeted warmly before looking over the students. Most of them were new, so she figured a small introduction of herself was in order before the class started. "Alright! As a couple of you know, I am Professor Vega. Though please do not feel obligated to call me that. You can simply call me Leighton if you would like," she smiled as she jumped off of her desk and stood tall and confidently.
Walking over to a small shelf that was on the right side of the class, she grabbed a crystal ball. "I am sure you all can guess the topic of divination we are focusing on now. Crystal ball reading. Not my favourite, but it may pique someone's interest. Tell me, and others, how one would 'read' or 'see' the future through a crystal ball. Make your own opinion. How would 'you' read or see through one."

| Blaine honestly had no idea about how to read a crystal ball, hell, he was too preoccupied by Rhi to really think straight. He wrapped an arm around her shoulder listening to the teacher. Well the worst thing he could be was wrong so what the hell. "Perhaps one could see and interprate shapes in the crystal ball?" he offered sheepishly. As to his break.. Well thanks to Rhi it had been wonderful. | |

| Annalina shrugged. She didn't pay much attention in class, anyway. She didn't understand a lot of it. She only took this class to earn points for her House. She looked at the crystal ball, the smoke inside twirling around, making strange shapes. She looked away. This whole 'superstitious' thing freaked her out, anyway... |

| Rhiannon grinned and smiled softly as she felt Blaine's arm wrap around her. Nothing better than having the feeling of a protective arm around her. Listening to the boy answere Leightone question, she smiled and raised her hand after, answering herself. "Personally, I have seen vision type things. Scenes that play out. Of course, like Blaine, said, others could see shapes. It depends on how one sees things. Though a crystal ball in not always used, just shiny objects," she infered to the teacher and the class before scooting closer to Blaine and holding his hand. | |

| Blaine smiled and gave her hand a gentle squeeze smiling at her while she answered. He remembered having used the crystal ball once, or rather, one of his dads had used it on him. His dad had seen a girl with blonde curls and the Eiffel tower. Of course, back then it hadn't made sense, but now he bet if his dad saw Rhi, he'd say she gad been the girl on Blaines future. Blaine smiled and let her get closer looking at her fondly. He felt so lucky, he bet all his lucky stars would be shining at night. | |

| Leighton smiled as the newest boy spoke and gave his answer. "Valid point," she stated simply before listening to Rhiannon speak. "Yet another valid point. Five points each to your houses, Blaine and Rhiannon." Placing the ball on the table that was in front of her, she grinned and looked over the few students. "As stated by Rhiannon. Crystal ball reading is not subject to just a crystal, but in out instance, we are going to use it. Do any of you wish to give a reading to another class mate? Please don't be shy, you lose points if you just sit there," she informed the studenst who have not spoken. | |

| Annalina smirked, it obviously directed to her. "It's Annalina. And future stuff creeps me out. What if you're not supposed to see the future? It's pretty messed up, being able to know what's going to happen to someone next. But... I'd be willing to be given a reading. I don't need to know about anyone else." She turned to the students. "Who wants to see my future, then?" |

| Leighton smiled at the girl who intoduced herself. "Well, Annalina, it's not seeing the future directly all the time. It is simply informing you of possiblities that are much stronger than other possibilities if you keep going down the road you are going. Not all of it is set in stone, so what you are told may or may not happen if you change something. But I give you props on volunteering," she grinned, looking over the other students who have not participated a whole lot. | |

| Jordan huffed up the stairs, " Sorry I'm late proffessor," god she had been saying that a lot today. " I've been sick so it's been hard to get to class." It was barely an excuse but whatever. She sighed and sat down, ready to begin. | |

| Alliana felt slightly guilty for not having participated most of the class, although it wasn't because she wasn't interested in what she was learning. She just hadn't any idea of what to say, and she didn't want to look stupid in front of her classmates.
She didn't think she could actually "read" any of the other students, and so she kept quiet, although hoping another opportunity to participate would come up before the end of class. She wanted to achieve a good grade.

| Leighton sighed ever so slightly at her students, but shrugged. Looking over to the newest addition to her class, she nodded. "No worries," she stated. Not overly harsh on the students, just hoping she knew that there would be docked points. "Well since there are no offers, and class is almost out, I shall do it myself," she mused as she walked over to Annalina, placed a ball in her hands and advised her to hold it and channel into it.
After a moment or two, she smiled and looked into the ball. Seeing shapes and pictures, she looked up to the girl. "From what I saw, it is informing me of the great growth you will have here in the school. Enjoying your time, even though you are going to have your hardships, it will all be good for you."
Nodding to the girl, she grasped the ball once more and walked back to her desk. "Now class is over! No homework for this lesson so you can relax!" she stated and motioned for them to leave.

| Isabella sighed in relief. Class was over! She knew she had no ifea what was hoing on the whole time, and was glad the teacher didn't call her on it! She smiled when Professor Vega said there wasn't any homework. Well, good. She was having a hard time keeping up anyway. She stood to leave, and walked off. Seemed it was time for the next class. | |
