Night with the stars

Willow walked up the steps in silence wearing her school uniform. She enjoyed the night sky, but going to the top of the tower she sat in the window looking out at the stars. She knew that her siblings were starting in Durmstrom soon and other magical schools, her grandmother alisha seemed keen on keeping them away from her. that made her even more sad, she wanted to break the curse but there was no way as far as she has found.

"Stars. I know this is a childish thing, but can't you grant my wish." Her wish is something that many didn't think of sometimes. She would give up everything just to see her siblings remember her, and live her life. She had a slight crush on someone and didn't tell them cause she was so busy trying to be the best. But what did that cost her, everything....everything that she felt like she needed. "Its silly wishing on stars. Wishes don't come true. Just like fairytales are fake." willow said to herself.

Walking up to the tower in his slytherin uniform, his dark eyes caught a glance of a blonde girl that he knew well. Her voice speaking as though she is wishing on a star, it was none other than Willow Chaos. The beauty of the school in his eyes. Walking up behind her, he placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Hi." Hatter smiled. "Fancy meeting you here."

Looking at the stars, he could see why she wanted to be there. It was beautiful. "Stars look lovely tonight. Are you wishing on something?" Hatter asked worried about what might be wrong. Her face looked sad, almost as though she was going to cry.

Willow turned her head as she heard someone coming up the stairs. HEr eyes looked at Hatter and smirked, he looked good for it being this late. thinking for a moment, she didn't say anything as she felt that she had been caught wishing on a star. How could she not, in all her years she hadn't found a spell to break a memory curse.

"Yeah. Nice meeting you too handsome." willow smirked. Her eyes looked out at the stars. "Its none of your business on what I am wishing for." turning away from Hatter she started walking down the steps past him to leave the place. She stopped for a moment turning to Hatter. "How are you doing in class by the way?"

Hatter took off his robe and handed it to Willow, she was the only girl he was never mean to. He liked her more than he would ever admit, and his face went red when she looked at him. Hatter felt like he was a love sick puppy and he almost knew it. But the look on Willow's face showed that she was never interested it seemed in anything he did for her. He would fight people, pick on people to impress her, and even comment on her family which seemed to upset her more when he did that. Rubbing the back of his head.

"I am doing good. I was wondering..." Hatter fell silent. "Would you like to go to Hogsmeade with me next week? Just as friends to get to know one another." Hatter had just blurted that out instead of actually thinking in his head. He stared at her hoping for no rejection.

Willow stared at Hatter when he handed her the robe, she pushed it back towards him. He was nice but she didn't like him in the way he had been trying to get her attention. In fact everything he did sort of repulsed her at times. Willow wasn't sure what to say though to him asking her out to Hogsmeade with him. The answer was in her mind the moment he asked, and it was a rejection which she could see the fear on his face of a rejection from her.

"I don't think so. I'm sorry, but I don't really want to go to hogsmeade with you." willow told him. She hoped that he would get it. She didn't want him thinking that she would go anywherre else with him. "I never really liked you in that way. I hope you understand that."

Hatter froze in shock that Willow just flat out rejected him without a second thought or Hesitation. He started to wonder if there was someone else that she liked. Hatter fell silent, no words escaped his mouth as he held his robe in his hand. Still not sure what just happened. Normally girls wanted to go out with him, but the one he actually liked had just rejected him. Hatter's mouth hung slightly open.

"But then how about as friends? But then who do you like?" Hatter asked as he was rejected. HE didn't know if she would answer but he would find out one way or another.

Willow started walking down the steps, she stopped when he asked her about who she liked. She didn't think on it, or ever reply to it. Words never left her mouth for a moment. Her dragon red eyes turning to him almost glaring as though she was going to slap him or cast a spell that would cause some harm.

"No. when you grow up and stop beating the crap out of people I might be your friend. I don't want people that I care about having the crap beaten out of them." Willow started walking down the stars in more of anger than anything. "And its none of your god darn business whom I like."

Hatter held his head, ruffling his hair as though he had done something wrong. She was in a foul mood it seemed when he showed up, he guess that he made it even worse. She seemed angry with him, Hatter walked down the stairs after her grabbing her wrist to try and apologize. He spun her around and looked at her dragon red eyes.

"I'm sorry. Maybe we got off on the wrong foot. Can we start again? Come on what is so bad about being good friends with me." Hatter said with a smile on his face. He leaned towards her.

Willow listened to his words, and was willing to forgive him to become friends. But when he leaned towards her, her wand in hand. He leaned in close enough that she thought he was going to kiss her. Removing his hand, she slapped him so hard across the face she saw a mark. Pointing her wand at him with a spell in mind that could do some harm.

"DON'T DO THAT AGAIN!!! WE WILL NEVER BE FRIENDS NOW!!!" She wasn't fond of him trying to kiss her. "Incedio" willow said as a spark came from the end of her wand and caught the end of his robe on fire. Running down the stairs she went out of the astronomy tower.

Hatter jumped back almost nearly missing the slap across the face. His eyes looked at her sort of scared. Watching her walk away, he went after her. "Stop. I'm sorry." Hatter grabbed her wrist again as he threw his robe on the stone path.

"Please. I'm sort of new at this. Your the only one that had ever been nice to me. and I just want to be your friend." Hatter lied about the last part. Personally he rather be more than friends, but she was from a pure blooded family. "Don't be mad. I'm not use to something like this." He had ticked her off beyond belief he could see that. "I want...I want to be more. But if you don't like me that way, then I will settle for friends. I'm not fully pure blood, and I don't have the best name. but...." Hatter's face was red. "I'll even talk to your brother. Maybe your grandma will think I'm a cool friend."

Listening to his words, it was almost as though he was pouring his heart into it. Her eyes looked down at the ground and then thought for a moment. She hated to hear someone give all their heart and have it broken in two. a tear almost came to her eye as she went to tell him no, but when he mentioned her brother and grandmother in the same statement, tears did fall.

"Can you just stop please?" Willow told him sadly. "I'll be your friend if you never mention them again." willow didn't like to hear about her grandmother and siblings, the siblings whom forgotten all about her cause of her grandmother and her father forgot about her as well. She lost everything she held dear and was working hard to get it back. But so far she had failed. When he mentioned them it just broke into her a bit. She was in her seventh year and still hadn't found the spell. Looking at the ground, she looked right up at Hatter. "I....just..."

Listening to her, no one had ever seen Willow cry as far as he remembers. She had always been strong and distant at times. But looking at her now, her dragon red eyes full of tears as though she was going too fall over balling her eyes out. Sadness filled his mind.

"Hey. I'm sorry. I didn't know it was a touchy subject for you. I just...." Hatter felt really bad now. He stomped out the fire on his robe with his foot. Pulling a tissue from his pocket and used it to gently wipe away her tears. "Calm down. Its ok. Listen, I won't tell anyone that you cried. It will be my first act as a good friend." Hatter told her. He looked at her lips, remembering what happened last time. He placed his lips on her forehead to ease her a bit.

allowing him to wipe away her tears and kiss her on the forehead. She wasn't sure what to think as tears continued to fall even though she was trying to stop. Not really knowing why she broke so badly into tears by him mentioning her grandmother and brother. Moving her head away from him, she took a step back away from him and tripped falling down the stairs.

Landing at the bottom, she hit her head on a stone wall. Openign her eyes, she touched the back of her head and then looked at her hand. A small gash at the back of her head that could not be hidden by her blonde hair. Dragon red eyes looking dazed up at Hatter. No words came to mind, as she remained on the ground for a moment.

Watching her fall, he jumped into action. running down the stairs to her, making sure not to trip himself. Seeing the blood on her hand, he knew that he would have to take her to the medical wing cause of it. On the last step he fell over landing on top of willow. Easing himself up, he wasn't sure what to do as she looked like she was in a daze.

"You okay?" Hatter asked as he lifted himself up with hands on either side of Willow's torso. "I'll take you to the imfirmary." His eyes looked into hers, they were odd to him but lovely all the same. the blood through made him worry as if he had not been the person that was at the top of the stairs he would have beaten the other guy half to death. "Come on."

Standing up, he scooped the blonde hair witch in his arms carrying her to the infirmary.
