I couldnt really put into words what i was feeling. Well, i could.. but it would take me awhile. I had never been to Hogwarts, as i had went to a different wizard school. A small one, that hadnt had nearly as many opportunities as this one. It was simply amazing, and the more I walked around and explored, the more i was beginning to love my new home. I hadnt been sure, at first whether i wanted to come teach here. For one, i was only nineteen and freshly graduated. And two, teaching kids was all new to me. Yes, i had all the qualifications and had been an aid once or twice, but never had a classroom where the kids education depended on me. Well, now i did.

I sighed as my black heels clicked on the pavement. I had decided to come down to the lake, after all i had been walking the whole day and heels werent really meant for that. It was summer, so naturally the weather was simply blissful. So, i had picked a white sundress with black and pink polka dots all over it. It had thin spagetti straps that bugged me, but other then that.. i loved it. Coming to the edge of the water, I slipped off my heels and stepped onto the green grass. The blades were cool against the bottoms of my feet and ankles, and they tickled them softly. A smile spread across my features as i knelt down and felt the grass, then sat down. What opportunities would this place give me? i hoped plenty.. after all, i hadnt ever really had that many to begin with. Tucking a strand of slightly curly raven black hair behind my ear, i set my shoes down and looked out at the beautiful sea green water.
